Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F
Step 2
Salt and pepper chicken (plus whichever additionalseasonings you like. I prefer an all in one seasoning) , then add to an oiled skillet. Cook until done, then shred
Step 3
In a bowl add the cans of mushroom soup and cream of chicken plus the sour cream. Mix together
Step 4
Add the chicken to the bowl and half of the stuffing, mix together until fully combined.
Step 5
Transfer from the bowl into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Step 6
Add the remaining stuffing to the top of the dish
Step 7
Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncovered for 15-20 minutes.
