Instructions
Step 1
Wash your salmon with vinegar and lime. Cut into large bite sized pieces and add in a little bit of olive oil/ your seasonings ( paprika, chili powder, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, adobo, parsley, garlic stir in paste). Sear your salmon in olive oil until cooked through (4-5 min)
Step 2
Add olive oil and butter to a pan and sauté your minced garlic. Then you will add your heavy cream and 1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese. Add seasonings (garlic powder, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning) Parsley and Parmesan cheese.
Step 3
Boil water and add your penne pasta. (Cook pasta according to instructions on the box) Add olive oil and a little salt to prevent noodles from sticking. Once pasta is aldente, drain and add it to your sauce
Step 4
Plate your pasta/salmon bites and pour some extra Alfredo sauce on top if you like it saucy! 🤎
