Step 1
Melt butter over low flame. Add in brown sugar and cook approximately 30 to 45 seconds. Add in heavy cream and cook another proximately 30 to 45 seconds on low heat. Pull off the fire, add in your vanilla and powdered sugar. Beat well. Can thin with a couple of tablespoons of milk to desired consistency.
