Grilled Jerk Lamb Chops

Need a great recipe for Dad this Father’s Day! These grilled jerk lamb chops were so good and flavorful! If you don’t have access to a grill, you can certainly sear them in a grill pan or a cast iron skillet.

Instructions

Step 1
1. Clean lamb chops using lime or white vinegar and cold water.
Step 2
2. Season with Chilau’s garlic pepper seasoning and Complete seasoning.

3. Add Chilau’s Red Jerk Fusion marinade and massage the meat really well.
Step 4
4. Marinate for at least two hours.
Step 5
5. Remove from refrigerator and allow the chops to come to room temperature; it will take about 20 minutes.
Step 6
6. Add chops to prepared grill, sear for about 2 minutes. Flip the chops over and cook for another 3 minutes for medium-rare and 3 1/2 minutes for medium.
Step 7
7. Top with honey garlic glaze. Serve with garlic parmesan mashed potatoes.

Directions for the Honey Garlic Glaze

Step 8
In a skillet, sauté garlic in the butter on low to medium heat. 

Add honey, brown sugar, ginger, and soy sauc. 

Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
