Instructions
Step 1
Add oil and salt to a wok on a high flame. Once hot, add the chicken and stir continuously. Cook until all the water from the chicken evaporates.
Step 2
Add the ginger garlic paste and stir until cooked and the oil separates from the chicken.
Step 3
Add the tomatoes along with 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water. Cook the tomatoes until soft. Once the skin of the tomatoes separates, remove the skin and mash the tomatoes into the curry. Keep on high flame at all times.
Step 4
Add all the spices and mix well.
Step 5
Add the yogurt and mix.
Step 6
Add the sliced green chilis, julienne ginger, and coriander. Mix and serve.
