Instructions
Step 1
Melt 1 tbs butter and saute onion. Set aside.
Step 2
Whisk 1/4 cup melted butter and flour for 3-4 mins
Step 3
Add milk while whisking, stir in chick stock and simmer. Cook for 20 mins. Add all veggies and onion and simmer for 15 mins.
Step 4
Stir in cheddar cheese, season, and serve
