Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, maple syrup, and curry powder.

Stir in the chicken, raisins, cashews, celery, ¼ teaspoon salt, and ⅑ teaspoon pepper, mixing well.

Lightly season the avocado halves with salt and pepper and arrange hollow side up. Scoop one-fourth of the chicken salad onto each avocado half. Top with the green onion and serve.
