Cut brioche into thick slices
Step 2
Whisk together until combined
Step 3
Dip each slice into the egg mixture and fry in hot ghee on each side until almost cooked

Flip over, sprinkle brown sugar and once the other side is almost cooked, flip it over so that the sugar can caramelise. Repeat for both sides
