Instructions

Roast peppers and tomatoes salsa

Step 1
First slice red pepper and place on a baking tray and place into oven at 200 fan for 20 minutes. Whilst they are roasting continue with the prep of the rest of the food. After they have roasted add hand full of cherry tomatoes, roasted pepper, half an onion, 1 jalapeño and a handful of fresh herbs to a food processor. Mix the food processor but ensure the salsa is still chunky.

Salmon

Step 2
First add one tea spoon of all spices and herbs to a bowl. Then add one table spoon of honey and sriracha to the blown and mix. When mixed marinade the salmon in the mixture. And cook for 15 minutes at 200 fan oven.

Pasta guacamole

Step 3
First place a pot of water on the stove to bring to a boil. Whilst water is boiling, using a food processor add chilli, 5 spring onions, hand full of edamame beans the juice of two limes and a pinch of salt to taste and blend until smooth consistency. Then when water is boiling add 1 serving of linguine and let cook. When cooked combine guacamole and pasta until all the pasta is covered.

Tzatziki

Step 4
Add to a bowl 4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt, 2 cloves of garlic, quarter of a grated cucumber, 2 stems of fresh mint and salt to taste. Mix until all combined.

Step 5
Place all components how you would like on a plate and sprinkle with pomegranate, crushed nachos and red pickled onions.
