Step 1
Slice the peaches into fine wedges, reserving the juice
Step 2
'Whip' the goats cheese, pepper, olive oil, and peach juice until creamy
Step 3
Spread on bread, top with the peaches, and grill/bake at 180 until done
Step 4
Place on a bed of/top with rocket and pine nuts, and drizzle over balsamic glaze
