Ingredients

½ cuprolled oats

1 ½ cupswater
1 tspcinnamon
1 tspchia seeds
1 tspflax seeds

Instructions
Step 1
Combine all items on ingredient list (not the toppings section!) in an instant pot.
Step 2
Cook on high pressure for 2 minutes
Step 3
Meanwhile, prep your toppings by chopping banana and any additional fruit/nuts/seeds etc.
Step 4
Most important, if you do not have all the ingredients, that is ok. You can add a double scoop of another seed that you love, or omit ingredients you don't love. Listen to your body and let it guide you. Some days your body might just want only chia seeds on top. Some days it might want pickles on top. Who knows. Follow your body, it is wise!
Step 5
Tip: if you like your oatmeal on the sweeter side, add maple syrup, honey, agave, or another chopped date. You can also cook in the banana for a more gooey and fruity result.
Step 6
Tip: not a big oatmeal fan? Substitute quinoa for oatmeal. I use 1/4 cup of quinoa for one serving.
