1 stickbutter

¾ cupsugar
1 teaspoonvanilla
1egg
2 cupsflour
2 teaspoonsbaking powder
salt
¾ cupmilk
3 tablespoonsbutter
softened, filling
1 tablespooncinnamon
filling
½ cupflour
filling
1 cupbrown sugar
packed, filling
5 tablespoonsbutter
softened, topping
1 tablespoonscinnamon
topping
¾ cupflour
topping
½ cupbrown sugar

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
In bowl of stand mixer, beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy, add egg and vanilla.
Step 3
In separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Step 4
Add half flour mixture, mix in, then add milk
Step 5
After mostly mixed, add rest of flour and mix, then pour half of batter in 9 x 9 greased pan.
Step 6
To make filling, mix all ingredients in small bowl and spread over batter, trying not to disturb cake batter.
Step 7
Make topping by mixing all ingredients with food processor, pastry cutter or fork.
Step 8
Spread over top and press lightly.
Step 9
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or till toothpick comes out clean. Cool on rack.
