Instructions
Step 1
Boil the direct potatoes and drain.
Step 2
Put a little oil in a pan, add the onions and leeks and saute over a medium heat for 4 min, until they start to soften. Add the bacon 2 tsp of garlic granules and the mustard powder. Continue to cook for another 10 min. Add the spinach and cook until it has slightly wilted.
Step 3
Poor in the stock and cook for 2 min. Stir in the spreadable cheese and remove from the heat. Stir in the potatoes and transfer the mixture in an ovenproof dish.
Step 4
Sprinkle with cheese and cook in the oven for 20 min (fan 200 C)
