Instructions
Step 1
Blend egg and sugar on high. Add oil very slowly forming mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper and taste. Add olives and pulse to blend to desired texture

Step 2
Use mostly pitted olives and a few stuffed olives. Strain olives so liquid isn’t added to dip or it will become watery.
