Instructions

Grilled vegetables

Step 1
Slice the vegetables.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high and add the eggplant. Fry for about 2-3min until they soften.

Then add the zucchini and fry for another 2min before adding the bell pepper and onion. Season with salt and pepper and fry for 2-3more minutes until golden brown and soft.

Sauce

Step 4
Chop the basil and sundried tomatoes.
Step 5
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.

Sandwich

Step 6
Cut the focaccia in half. Spread the bottom half with the sauce.
Step 7
Top it with arugula, grilled vegetables and bresaola.
Step 8
Tear the burrata apart with your hands and place on the focaccia
Step 9
Drizzle on the balsamic cream.
Step 10
Stack the other bread half on top and enjoy!
