Instructions

Step 1
Cook burgers according to the instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, lay out the wraps and place enough grated mozzarella in the centre to form a rough circle the size of the burgers. Switch on the panini press approximately 2 minutes before burgers are cooked.
Step 3
When the burgers are cooked through, place them on the mozzarella circles. Put some more mozzarella on top of the burgers. Add ketchup/barbecue sauce/mayo if desired.
Step 4
Fold the wraps around the burgers and place in panini press for 2-3 minutes to seal the parcels.
Step 5
Serve with potato wedges/chips (french fries).
