Step 1
Add 1.5 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1.5 teaspoons of dijon mustard, two packets of True Lemon, 1 teaspoon of anchovies (about 2 filets, chopped), and 1 clove of grated garlic to a small bowl. Mix.
Step 2
Add 1 cup of mayo. Grate 3/4 cup of parmesan cheese.
Step 3
Add salt and pepper.
Step 4
Mix all together. If it's too thick add a bit of olive oil.
