Meatball Casserole

Family friendly meatballs in a cheesy sauce. This is great with pasta or zoodles for a low carb option! The meatballs are juicy and tender and so easy to put together.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°

Spray a casserole dish with nonstick spray

In a bowl mix the meat, egg, seasonings, Panko, milk, onion, garlic, and parm cheese just until combined, don’t over mix. With a cookie scoop, scoop into balls and add to the casserole dish.

Add the sauce over the meatballs, cover and bake for 20 minutes

Uncover, drain the grease from the dish
Step 6
Add the mozzarella cheese over the meatballs and bake another 5 minutes or until melted.
Step 7
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley
Step 8
Serve alone, with pasta, or zoodles
