Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F or 170C.
Step 2
Combine all dry ingredients in medium bowl well.
Step 3
Mash bananas in a small bowl. Add whisk eggs into the bananas.
Step 4
Add mashed bananas mixture to dry ingredients and mix well until all of the dry ingredients are well mixed and combined.
Step 5
Stir in the melted butter into the batter mixture. Add and fold in 150g chopped walnuts.
Step 6
Brush loaf pan with oil and cover with parchment paper. Transfer batter in pan and spread it evenly 3/4 full.
Step 7
Bake the banana cake for 1 hour @ preheated 350F or until golden brown.
Step 8
Remove cake and transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
