Step 1
Saute green beans using cooking spray, 1 tbsp of balsamic, all spices except the cumin, and almonds. Toss and cook until beans are coated and heated through, but still crisp. Plate green beans. Rub fish with Dijon, sprinkle with cumin and balsamic, saute in the same pan using cooking spray until tender (about 1 minute on each side). Cut into slices and plate with the green beans. Mix cashew butter and 1 - 3 tbsps of jalapeno vinegar until a smooth dressing. Pour on top of fish and green beans.
