Instructions
Step 1
Two pieces of multi grain bread in the toaster (cooked to your liking).
Step 2
Nut butter of choice (I've linked a wholegrain source which i recommend and is super tasty on the shared spreadsheet!).
Step 3
Chop 1/2 a banana and place on nut butter.
Step 4
1 tbsp sprinkling of chia seeds over the two pieces.
