Step 1
If you don’t have almond butter, soak almonds for 30 minutes so they’re soft when blended. Otherwise, use 1/8 cup almond butter
Step 2
Poke holes in your sweet potatoes, and microwave for 3 minutes to cook.
Step 3
Peel your sweet potatoes
Step 4
Blend all of that together and freeze for around 2 hours
Step 5
We did not do this but I bet it would be amazing to add a toasted marshmallow on top when it is ready to serve.
