The coconut yoghurt is dairy free, packed with probiotics and it’s super creamy and delicious. It also comes in many wonderful flavours!
To make this delicious jar stir together:
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 cups almond milk
1/4 cup raspberry coulis
1/2 cup of raspberries
2 tablespoons maple syrup

Store in the fridge for 3-6 hours and the chia pudding will form jelly like consistency
Raspberry coulis is made by gently heating up:
1 cup frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoons tapioca flour
1 tablespoon water
