Let’s make delicious raspberry chia pudding today! Cause many of you are asking for more chia pudding recipes. Today I have layered it with coconut yoghurt from , raspberry coulis, fresh strawberries. I am in love with coconut yoghurt! The coconut yoghurt is dairy free, packed with probiotics and it’s super creamy and delicious. It also comes in many wonderful flavours! To make this delicious jar stir together: 1/2 cup chia seeds 2 cups almond milk 1/4 cup raspberry coulis 1/2 cup of raspberries 2 tablespoons maple syrup . Store in the fridge for 3-6 hours and the chia pudding will form jelly like consistency Raspberry coulis is made by gently heating up: 1 cup frozen raspberries 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1 teaspoons tapioca flour 1 tablespoon water .
