Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 400°F
Step 2
Peel carrots and slice. Put in greased 1-qt. casserole dish
Step 3
Mix lemon juice, salt, ginger, and pepper, and pour over carrots. Dot with butter.
Step 4
Cover tightly and bake 30 minutes. Stir with a fork, cover, and bake until tender, about 15 minutes.
