2 tspfive spice
½ tspsalt
ginger
4cloves garlic
250gfrozen vegan shredded hoisin duck
3 Tbsphoisin sauce

Instructions
Step 1
Mix the dough ingredients, knead for 4 minutes, and leave to rest for at least half an hour. Cut into 8 pieces

Step 2
Chop the onion and carrot into long thin strips. Fry for 3 minutes to get a bit of colour. Mince the ginger and garlic and add to the pan with the spices, duck and hoisin, and stir fry for 3 minutes, then allow to cool.
Frying Pan

Roll out the pieces of dough, and lay 1/8 of the filling onto each. Wet the edges, fold over the sides, and roll up lengthways. Brush with oil and air fry for 8-10 minutes at 180C or oven cook for 15-17 minutes at 190C, or deep fat fry for 8-10 minutes at 180C.

Serve with dipping sauce: either sweet chilli sauce or hoisin.
