Step 1
Cut meat into thick bite size pieces, if not bought already cut. Drizzle oil on meat and season with ingredients.

virgin olive oil
black pepper½ tsp
garlic salt½ tsp
garlic powder½ tsp
paprika½ tsp
salt½ tsp
Italian seasoning½ tsp
coriander½ tsp
sazón½ tsp
Step 2
Sear meat on medium/high heat browned for about 8 minutes on each side. Cook longer if you prefer meat to be cooked well.
Step 3
Place butter in middle of skillet. Let melt. Then add in minced garlic and fresh chopped parsley. Stir, and mix in a pinch more of garlic powder and seasoned salt to buttered sauce.

Step 4
Let your dish cook on high heat for about 2 minutes. Then lower heat and simmer in sauce for about 5 minutes Do not let sit on high heat for too long that way the sauce does not burn out.
Step 5
Pair bites with your favorite sides (mashed potatoes, seasoned rice, etc) and add a garnish of fresh parlsry on top.
