Instructions

Step 1
Peel and cut potato, place in a pot to boil in water.
Step 2
Prepare other vegetables in a steamer and cook.
Step 3
Rub salt pepper and oil on lamb chops. Place on a hot grill pan on high heat. Cook to liking.
Step 4
When potato’s are cooked, drain and add salt and nutlex. Mash together. Then add soy milk and mash until desired consistency. Add pepper to season.
Step 5
Serve everything on plate. Add a few splashes of worcestershire sauce over lamb chops.
