Step 1
Blanche greens for 30 seconds. Remove to a bowl filled with water and ice until cooled. Squeeze as much liquid out as you can. Add the tahini, soy sauce and Ume Plum Vinegar and mix well. Serve 1/2 cup with sesame seeds sprinkled on top
