Step 1
Make the sauce: Place the garlic in a food processor fitted with blades and pulse 2~3 times until the garlic is roughly chopped. Add tomatoes and its juices, olive oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper and process them for 20-30 seconds to pureed or desired consistency, set aside.

Step 2
Put the flour, yeast, salt and sugar in a large bowl, then add warm water and stir them until it looks like cotton wool, then knead it into a dough, then add the butter and continue to knead it into a smooth dough. This operation can be done in a stand mixer.

Step 3
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it in the oven. Press the 'Power' button, select the 'Ferment' function, set the temperature to 95°F and the time to 60 minutes, press the 'Start' button to start to ferment until it has doubled in size.
Step 4
Take out the dough, press it to exhaust the gas, knead it into a dough, divide it into two equal amount of dough for making 2 pizza embryos.
Step 5
Take one dough and press it into a cake, then use a rolling pin to roll it out into a round cake of about 11 inches/28 cm in diameter.
Step 6
Place a 10-inch pizza pan in the oven.Press the 'Power' button, select the 'Preheat' function, set the temperature to 370°F. Press the Start button to preheat the oven.
Step 7
Brush the preheated 10-inch pizza pan with oil and put the cake in it, fold around the sides by one cycle, then prick the holes with a fork to vent. Spread prepared sauce over the dough,then sprinkle some cheese, bacon and peas (or other ingredients you like), and top with the rest of cheese.

Put the pizza tray in the baking tray in the oven, select the 'Pizza' function, press the 'Start' button to start baking.

Take it out of the oven after cooking and cool it before serving.
