Instructions

Step 1
1. In a large skillet take the steamed cauliflower and press it down into the bottom of the skillet over medium high heat. Leave it untouched for 2 FULL mins.
Step 2
2. Push the cauliflower over to one side of the pan. Then add in the olive oil and beef and sauté for 1 min.
Step 3
3. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Continue to sauté for 1 more min.
Step 4
4. Mix in the beef and cauliflower together. Then mix in the remaining ingredients. Reduce the heat to simmer and allow to simmer for 2 mins.
