Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425*F.
Step 2
Remove the husks from the tomatillos.
Step 3
Wrap the garlics in foil and add olive oil to the cloves.
Step 4
Place all of the ingredients on a baking sheet and coat lightly with oil. Roast in the oven until everything is golden and soft, around 45 minutes.
Step 5
Blend everything, including salt and cumin until smooth. Taste for flavor and adjust seasonings as necessary. Enjoy or reserve in the fridge for up to a few weeks.
