Wasabi Steak

Although this much wasabi, it's not too much if you cook. I put wasabi on the side of the steak, but you can put both sides if you like. I usually use cast iron skillets or grills for cooking steaks, but I recommend you use a non-stick pan for this wasabi steak. I put less salt than usual and then eat with soy sauce. Instructions

Step 1
Bring your steak room temperature.
Step 2
Season steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
Step 3
Spread wasabi on steak.
Step 4
In a large non-stick pan, high heat, add oil.
Step 5
Place wasabi side of steak down, and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Cook the other side. (How long - It depends on how you'd like to cook the steak.)
Step 7
Let rest the steak for 7 to 10 minutes on a cutting board.
Step 8
Slice, and serve with soy sauce.
