Preheat to 450 Cook bacon, reserve 2 tbsp of bacon Crumble bacon Cook onion in reserve bacon grease. Stir together eggs milk and cream, flour and salt Stir in bacon, onion and Swiss cheese. Bake pie crust with foil for 5-7 mins. Remove from oven reduce heat to 325. Pour cheese into hot pastry shell. If necessary cover the edges with tin foil. Bake for 45-50 mins. Let stand for 10 mins before serving
