Ingredients
12 servings
8 ozmascrapone
room temperature
⅓ cuppowdered sugar
1 tspvanilla
2 cupswhipped cream
cold
1 cupcold brew
2 ozchocolate
20lady fingers
cocoa powder
for dusting
Instructions
Step 1
Cream your mascrapone, sugar, and vanilla until mixture is smooth. Gradually add the cold heavy cream until it’s incorporated, and increase speed to whip until stiff peaks are formed.
Step 2
Combine your cold brew and chocolate in a bowl, and microwave at 30-second intervals and mix in between until chocolate is melted into the coffee.
Step 3
Begin to assemble: coat your lady fingers in the chocolate-coffee mixture and place in a 7x11 pan. Once the first layer of lady fingers is done, spread half of the cream mixture over. Continue with another another layer of chocolate-coffee soaked lady fingers, and spread the remaining cream mixture. Top with cocoa powder dusting.
Step 4
Allow the tiramisu to chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before cutting into it. Enjoy!
