Chicken Spinach and Feta Orzo

Instructions

Step 1
Dice chicken and season with corn starch, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, cayenne, ground mustard and olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Cook chicken in pan. Once fully cooked, set aside.
Step 3
Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to pan. Add chopped garlic and spinach.
Step 4
When spinach cools down. Add lemon juice and salt to taste.
Step 5
Throw orzo in the pan. Add 2-3 cups of chicken broth. Make sure orzo is completely submerged.
Step 6
Cover pan and let cook on medium heat. Stir occasionally to make sure the orzo isn’t sticking to the pan.
Step 7
Add feta and stir.
Step 8
Ready to serve.
