small, diced
2.5 lbsground beef
salt
pepper
2cans tomato soup
2 cansdiced tomatoes
undrained
1 cansweet corn
drained
1can kidney beans
drained
1can black beans
drained
garlic powder
Chili seasoning
2 Tbspground cumin
2 tspsugar
1 tspchili powder
seasoning
danos
dried parsley
dried oregano
Prime rib seasoning
2 cupschicken broth
2 cupssharp cheddar cheese
fancy, shredded
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil over medium-high heat
Step 2
Add diced onions, cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally
Step 3
Add ground beef, cook until browned. Do not drain
Step 4
Add remaining ingredients except cheese, heat until boiling. Stirring occasionally
Step 5
Add cheese, Lower heat to medium low simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
Step 6
Let rest 5 minutes before serving
