In a bowl mix ground beef diced onion breadcrumbs egg Italian herbs and dorm Salt and pepper . Now form 4 Pattie’s and add some grated cheese and sliced jalapeños to the Centre then cover and form into Pattie’s again. Freeze for 20 minutes

In a bowl mix flour cornstarch baking powder salt and pepper or a seasoning like Cajun seasoning then add vinegar and beer or sparkling water . The beer should be runny but not thin

Step 3
Coat the burgers in some seasoned flour then coat in batter and fry in oil on medium heat for about 6-8 minutes before flipping then another 4-5 minutes .Dont have the oil too high or the outside will be cooked and the centre raw . If that happens put in the oven for a few minutes Once golden and crunchy serve with all your favorite toppings I add burger sauce lettuce pickles cheese tomato and onion
