RASPBERRY HEMP SEED SMOOTHIE

I leave for New York tomorrow!!💃🏼 Traveling used to make me a little nervous because I wouldn’t be in my normal, anti-anxiety routine (Keto Coffee, IF Program meals and my HUGE salads 🥗). But over the past 5 years, I’ve done SO. MUCH. TRAVELING. That I’ve developed tools to make sure I can enjoy my trip without sacrificing feeling good and being anxiety-free 😄 I’ll be filming two videos while there to share how I handle airports/long flights ✈️ as well as what I eat while in New York ~ both will be on the YouTube channel! 🎥 Overall, very excited to eat incredible food and visit for his bday 🥳 ANNDDDDD this smoothie was amazing and you should make it! Plus the fat variation can aid in hormone balance ⚖️ RASPBERRY HEMP SEED SMOOTHIE Serves 1 Ingredients: 10 oz. homemade coconut milk (guys, seriously. If you HAVEN’T watched my IGTV vid and made this... do it today. Takes 2 minutes.) 1 scoop unflavored collagen (I used - if you like things a little sweeter, try an ORGANIC vanilla protein powder) 1/2 frozen banana 1/4 cup frozen raspberries 1 Tbsp. Hemp seeds 1 Tbsp. Coconut butter 1 Tbsp. PB or AB Pinch of sea salt 1. Blend until smooth! Top with allllll the cacao nibs
