Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps

This is a super refreshing and easy meal. We eat ours with low carb tortillas but feel free to eat with whatever vessel you’d like.
This mixture also makes a great salad topper!

Instructions
Step 1
Cut up chicken into bite sized pieces
Step 2
Place chicken in bowl and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and italian seasoning. Season to YOUR liking.
Step 3
Mix chicken and seasoning to combine
Step 4
Cut bacon into small pieces and add to a cold pan. Turn pan on to about medium high heat. Adding to a cold pan ensures maximum fat rendering. Cook until crispy
Step 5
Remove bacon from pan once cooked and add chicken to the pan. You may have to remove some of the bacon fat from the pan.
Step 6
Cook chicken until cooked thoroughly. Add to mixing bowl with bacon.
Step 7
Add ranch, and optional cheese, to the mixing bowl with the chicken and bacon. Mix until well combined.
Step 8
Serve as a salad topping or in tortillas with shredded lettuce and diced fresh tomatoes
Step 9
*If you are planning to eat over several days, only add ranch to the serving you are planning to eat*
