Instructions

Step 1
Simmer veggies in a pot with one cup of water and one bouillon cube until veggies are tender.
Step 2
Whisk 2 tablespoon of flour into 1 1/2 cups of milk.
Step 3
Slowly add 1 1/2 cup milk with 2 tablespoons of flour stirred into veggies.
Step 4
Simmer a few minutes until thickened.
Step 5
Slowly add 1/2 lb of Velveeta, cubed, stir and let melt. Enjoy!
