Instructions

Step 1
In a large skillet heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add in the garlic and onion and sauté́ for 1-2 mins until fragrant.
Step 2
Then add in the shrimp and sauté́ for 3 mins.
Step 3
Add in the remaining ingredients and simmer for 6-7 mins.
Step 4
Top the skillet with feta and place the skillet in the oven and broil on high for 1-2 mins to melt the cheese.
