Spaghetti Pizza Pie

basically tastes like a lasagna with different texture. Yummy! Originally a 4 serving recipe so take into account if you change servings

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook the spaghetti according to the directions on the package.
Step 2
Spray a frying pan with cooking spray and sauté onions, garlic and spinach over medium heat until onions are tender. Add the cottage cheese and cook until melted. Remove from heat and place in a bowl.
Step 3
Add the cooked spaghetti and beaten egg to the bowl, stir until well combined. Press into two greased 9” pie pans to form a crust.
Step 4
Brown the turkey in a pan over med/high heat. Combine cooked ground turkey and marinara sauce, then spread evenly over the spaghetti crusts. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes. Let stand for five minutes, then cut each pie into four slices and serve warm.
