1 packagepizza crusts
three, 7 inch pre baked
2 tablespoonsolive oil
3 tablespoonswhole milk ricotta cheese
1garlic clove
minced
½ teaspoonlemon zest
¼ teaspoonblack pepper
2 cupsrotisserie chicken breast
shredded, skinless
1 cuppeaches
sliced
¼ cupsweet cherry Peppers
thinly sliced
1.5 ozwhole milk mozzarella cheese
torn into small pieces
¼ teaspoonkosher salt
⅛ teaspooncrushed red pepper
1 tablespoonbalsamic glaze
bottled
fresh basil leaves
Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Step 2
2. Brush both sides of crusts evenly with oil and place on a baking sheet
Step 3
3. Combine ricotta, garlic, lemon zest and black pepper in a small bowl. Spread mixture evenly over one side of each crust
Step 4
4. Top ricotta mixture evenly with shredded chicken, Peach slices, cherry pepper slices and torn mozzarella
Step 5
5. Bake until edges of crusts are crisp and cheese is melted, about 15 minutes
Step 6
6. Remove from oven and sprinkle evenly with salt and crushed red pepper

7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with basil leaves
