Instructions

Step 1
Cook the quinoa according to directions on package
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 3
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Spray a regular sized muffin tin with cooking spray or use foil liners and spray inside of liners.
Step 4
Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin and fill each one to the top. Bake for 30 minutes. *These freeze really well! Make extras and freeze for later use.
