Korean corn cheese with hot Cheetos
Try this Korean corn cheese with hot Cheetos. This is similar to esquites which is Mexican corn in a cup and it’s so cheesy and delicious. The hot Cheetos on top gives it a little spice and crunch!

Step 1
Drain corn then add to a baking dish. Add mayonnaise, onions, salt, pepper, garlic powder and sugar. Then add 1/2 the cheese and mix. Top with the remaining cheese and bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes or until the cheese melts. Broil for 2 minutes. Crush the Cheetos then add to the corn along with green onions. Serve immediately for that cheesy goodness!
