Step 1
1. Sift the dry ingredients into a separate bowl.
Step 2
2. Beat the butter with sugar until pale yellow in colour. Then add three eggs, one at a time.

3. Alternate the flour mixture with 3⁄4 cup of milk. Start and end with the dry ingredients.
Step 4
4. Scoop the batter into the tray with cupcake liners. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees celsius or until the skewer comes out clean of any crumbs.
