Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl mix the sweetner, yogurt and coco powder together until well combined and the consistency is 'thinner'
Step 2
Thinely spread the yogurt on your bread or bagel (leave some for later)
Step 3
Chop the fruit into halves, then place them on the bread/bagel
Step 4
Spread remaining yogurt on the top of the fruit
Step 5
Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes to let it shape well.
Step 6
Cut sandwich diagonally and serve immediately or keep in a container away from sunlight until ready to consume
