Instructions
Step 1
Blind bake the pie crust at 375F for 15 min with the pie weights and then 7-8 min without the pie weights.
Step 2
In a large bowl mix together eggs, milk, cheese, heavy cream, salt, pepper until combine.
Step 3
In a medium pan cook garlic, onions, and desired fillings until partially cooked.
Step 4
Let items in pan cool before spreading them on to pie crust
Step 5
Pour egg mixture into pie crust.
Step 6
Bake at 350F for 45-55 min. Don’t over bake. Then let cool for 15 min.
Step 7
Can store in fridge for 4 days.
