Ingredients
2 servings
1egg
2 ½ Tbspflax seed meal
¼ calmond milk
or milk of choice
2 Tbspbutter
grass fed
2 Tbsppumpkin seeds
raw
¼ tspbaking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together egg and milk in a bowl.
Step 2
Add vanilla and liquid sweetener and mix.
Step 3
Add dry ingredients to the bowl and mix.
Step 4
Slowly add in melted butter while whisking.
Step 5
Stir in pumpkin seeds.
Step 6
Place a pan over medium heat on the stove.
Step 7
Oil or butter the pan.
Step 8
Scooping ~1/4 cup of the batter at a time, form pancakes in the pan.
Step 9
Cook on one side until bubbles form around the edges.
Step 10
Flip pancakes and cook for ~1-2 minutes on the other side, checking the bottom to see when golden brown.
Step 11
Remove from pan and serve!
