Instructions
Step 1
Core pineapple using pineapple corer. I am using the one made by Zulay.
Step 2
Cut the top part of the pineapple peel, about 3-4 inches.
Step 3
Pure some beer inside the pineapple, I am using an IPA with the citrusy flavor….try not to drink it all.
Step 4
Make chicken marinate by combining sriracha, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper and brush it all over the chicken. Set the marinated chicken on top of the pineapple.
Step 5
Decorate the chicken with pineapple slices, I am using toothpicks to attach it.
Step 6
Grill chicken for 2h or until it will reach 165°F
Step 7
Make salsa by combining a pineapple, a bunch of healthy vegetables with lime juice.
